To Unsubscribe from Your DubClub Subscription:
- Sign in to your DubClub account and click "My Subscriptions"
- Navigate to your Subscription Settings (linked on your My Subscriptions page)
- Click the "Manage" button
- Scroll to the bottom of your screen and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the change by clicking "Yes, cancel"
Once unsubscribed, you will continue to receive plays until your subscription expires. Your card will not be charged at the date of your subscription expiration. Your access to plays will end at your subscription's expiration date.
Subscriptions with the "Active" badge are set to renew.
Subscriptions with the "Not Renewing" badge will expire at the end of the current period.

If you do not see any subscriptions on your “My Subscriptions” page:
- Please ensure you are logged into the correct account.
- If you still do not see any subscriptions please check your Subscription Settings to see if your subscription already ended.
I unsubscribed but I was charged:
- If you unsubscribed and you were charged, it means you had unsubscribed after your subscription had already been renewed.
- We are unable to offer refunds in these instances. If you do not want to be charged, please ensure you have unsubscribed from your Subscription Settings. Once you have canceled auto-renewal you will continue to receive plays until your subscription expires but your card will not be charged at renewal. Your access to plays will end at your current subscription's expiration date.
