How to Process Self-Serve Extensions?

To extend your active and trialing subscribers:

1. Log in to your DubClub Capper account 
2. Click on "Marketing tools" on the side bar
3. Navigate to the "Payouts and Extensions" 
4. Choose whether to extend all subscribers or a specific subscriber
5. Move the slider to the desired number of days between 1 day and 31 days or 
6. Click on “Extend by X days”
7. An “Are you sure?” prompt will be displayed
8. Click on “Yes, Extend Subscriptions”
9. Subscription(s) will be extended, and subscriber(s) will be notified

You can extend subscriptions for all subscribers by up to 31 days. When the extension period begins, subscribers' "Package" will show as $0 in your subscriptions console. The subscription payment cycle and package type will normalize when the extension period is complete.
