Refund Requests

We have a strict and clear policy in our Refund Policy that all sales are final at the time of purchase, and not contingent on any factors.

You agreed to these terms of service at checkout.

This is to protect our creators' intellectual property: their posts and advice.

Please email support@dubclub.zendesk.com if you have any more questions. 

You can unsubscribe at any time while on a trial or during an active subscription, while also keeping your access to posts through your current subscription expiration date.

If you would like to unsubscribe please:

  1. Sign in to your DubClub account and click on "Account settings" in the drop down menu on the right corner.
  2. Navigate to "Manage subscriptions" tab
  3. Locate the subscription and click on "Cancel subscription"
  4. Confirm the change by clicking "Yes, cancel"
    Once unsubscribed, you will continue to receive posts until your subscription expires. Your card will not be charged at the date of your subscription expiration. Your access to posts will end at your subscription's expiration date.
